Elected to the Tennessee State House in 2010, Sheila served 8 years as your State Representative for District 64, rising to Majority Floor Leader. She won the 2022 Mayor’s race with 6,945 votes and has since delivered real results: zero tax increases, closing a costly landfill, passing the Jackson Law, expanding Veterans Services, and protecting the Duck River.
