A Life in Maury County
Sheila and her husband have lived in Maury County for over 40 years. They have owned small businesses and raised 3 boys on a small farm. They have been active in the beef cattle industry for many years.
A Record of Leadership
Served as Managing Editor of the Tennessee Cattle Business Magazine for 5 years.
Elected State Representative for District 64 (2010 to 2018)
Elected Majority Floor Leader - a significant leadership position in the State House.
Served as Co-Chairman of the Congressional Prayer Caucus of Tennessee.
Helped stop "The Waters of the US Rule" in 2015 by building a coalition across the state and joining over 20 other states in keeping it from being implemented.
Passed Hotel/Motel Legislation to bring tourism dollars to Maury County.
Elected Maury County Mayor 2022 and continues to serve the people of this great county and protecting the things that matter most to all of us.
